Purchased a conservatory from Leeks in Feb18, started leaking in July 20, contact Leeks the same month, they finally called to fix it October 20.The leak returned Feb 21, still waiting contact from them!Shocking customer service!

Very poor workmanship and installation of a conservatory for my parents that has left them with a conservatory that leaks badly when it rains, broken down window units and exposed joints in the uPVC framework. Installation was 'bodged' from the start with numerous attempts to bodge it up since, including jacking up the whole conservatory at one end to try and level it up properly which resulted in further water ingress! Added to which a shockingly poor after-sales service who have constantly let my parents down with promises to sort the issues out. Not turning up when appointments were made, and with no telephone call to explain why. Leekes have been given many occasions to try and resolve the issues but continue to make it worse. Final warning was given to correct the problems and again they failed to do what they said they would do. My parents have now been left no choice but to take this down a legal path. Disgraceful company with no morals or attempts to provide a decent customer service...AVOID at all cost... RE: Leekes Service CN-07-162039

Carl and Jeff delivered my replacement kitchen table after the display model I'd bought broke. There was a delay due to Covid and the manufacturer not having one available. But of course entirely understandable. Carl and Jeff were courteous, friendly and efficient. My replacement table is perfect. :) Thank you.

We visited the store in Llantrisant and received excellent customer service from Bev and Michelle. Between Bev coming out for a home visit and Michelle assisting us in store they helped us co-ordinate our new lounge furniture and curtains and get them for the best price. We appreciated their time and patience whilst we were deciding and their input when asked. We will definitely be repeat customers in the future. Thank you.

Visited the Furniture department at Crosshands Store Carmarthenshire . Lee was so helpful,informative,efficient and polite.

My furniture was delivered yesterday in very bad weather condition, but the delivery men Carl & Matt were excelent very helpful and assembled all the furniture very professionally, and took time and care. they were very polite and careful even though they were wet right through with the torrential rain.Thank you R.C.Pengilley

Absolutely great service from lee in the cross hands store. We fancied a sofa it was blue and perfect as we were moving house. He helped us and told us all about the warranty and magi glides (we purchased magi glides). We can’t thank him enough. When we collected everyone was busy and but a lady called Anna Jayne helped another colleague with darker hair carry our sofa into the van. Your staff at cross hands are fabulous.

My first issue with the blasted door was in August 2020 where I couldn't close it so was left in a very vulnerable situation: lone female in a semi rural location so I paid for an emergency fix which cost me £250 which was not reimbursed. I was also told that my guarantee may null and void. It took a lot of messages to the MD (not a tact I usually employ but needs must at times) to get that situation sorted Now insult to injury all the chrome furniture have corroded and the door which is grey has faded patches all over it. I contacted them again , I think December 2020 and recieved a message saying Gareth would be in touch. April and I'm still waiting. I just sent another email asking for an update and received a generic response. I've had my entire house refitted with leekes double glazed units. If this is the poor quality on the door can I expect all 19 windows to fail as well. Now I wait for contact from them ... again. Poor show all around.

Thank you to Carl and Ricky for delivering a new table , and pick up of a broken table. They went the extra mile and helped me when I couldn’t lift the table because of its shear weight!!! Thank you and it meant a lot. Rebecca

Trying to order something for Christmas that isn't from massive companies like Amazon, John Lewis etc, but ain't working. They say delivery within 7 days well before Christmas, now "maybe" it will be delivered in January. Will sadly stick with Amazon next time rather than smaller companies who can't even deliver in time

Had my sofa delivered by two lovely delivery men who couldn't have been nicer, more professional or efficient - Carl & Nathan. Super service

We have recently had a complete bathroom re-fit and en-suite through Leekes.The bathroom designer Michael was professional, attentive, and extremely helpful throughout the whole experience, and was at hand to deal with any queries.Our bathroom fitter Rhydian worked closely with Michael and they communicated on a regular basis. Rhydian, in addition to be a joiner and bathroom fitter has a wide range of other skills including, tiling, plumbing, electrics, general fitting - which were all put to excellent use and generated a fabulous end product. We are thrilled. Rhydian was punctual, polite, flexible and accommodating, and open minded to all the discussions that we had during the project.We would like to convey our thanks to Michael and Rhydian.J.D.Power and E.J.Power
